Some of you have already heard from us over email/phone but I wanted to send out a generic email to everyone so as not to miss any of the people we know have been praying for us. Let this be a testimony of God's greatness in your lives today.
In case any of you have missed any part of our story we were originally told we could not have an appointment to have Walker's ultrasound done until Monday, which was when Cliff was scheduled to be gone on World Changers. This made for a hard decision for him and the Daddy and husband in him wanted to stay home to be with his family during this time.
So, we began praying that God would open up an appointment for us before Cliff was scheduled to leave at one of the children's hospitals in Atlanta, even though the nurse told us the turn around was a month and that it was doubtful.
In true God fashion, He showed up and answered that prayer. We had an appointment today at 1:45 at Children's Health Care of Atlanta (Scottish Rite) and they told us it would be 2-3 business days before we heard anything, so the earliest would be next week...also when Cliff was scheduled to be gone at World Changers.
Cliff's spirit was heavy when we left as he knew he had a decision to make and he wasn't quite sure which way God was leading him. I began praying (my wonderful best friend Jenny did too) that God would make those docs call us TODAY with results...for our own peace of mind and to help Cliff know better what he should do.
Not an hour after we were home the phone rang...and guess who??? Dr. Miller.
Walker is FINE. It's just a build up of soft tissue and nothing else. Completely normal.
I burst into tears on the phone...mostly because my precious baby is ok...but also because I am reminded again of God's greatness, that He is always with us, always hears us...always protects us and always, always takes care of our every need. Praise be to Jesus!
PS-Cliff will be going to World Changers. :)

Glory be to God! I haven't been able to be on the computer very much lately due to VBC, so i'm just getting caught up. I'm so glad that Walker is okay. I know how you feel, as i've played the waiting game for a phone call from the dr. about Nolan's allergies. also, enjoy your cuddling time in the am - i most certainly do!!
