Soooooo far behind!

One of the things I was really looking forward to over Spring Break, was blogging. I love to blog, if I am being honest. I just love to write. I love getting my thoughts and memories out to ensure I don't lose them. We've had quiet an unusual week though, (more about that later), so blogging was put on the back burner. There's alot I want to post though, so I am going to ATTEMPT to at least do one post while Walker naps before we go to the doc (more about that later too...)
Two Mondays ago, we went to Walker's first Thrashers game. It was my first hockey game ever...though Walker's been to watch his Gampa play in his adult league. But, it was both of our first Thrashers game and we had a great time!
First, we ate at the CNN center where Gampa works. I love this picture of Uncle Jer, Uncle Josh & Walker so much. :) They adore each other...
Then, we got inside the arena just in time! This is what Walker did everytime the fire shot out of the Thrasher's mouth...which wasn't often b/c they hardly scored. But, it was fun for him to watch it in the very beginning when they shot fire out, I guess to get everyone pumped up! You know my kid, he loves fire.
...and he loves bloopers too. He's laughed his head off at bloopers since he was hardly 1 and watch Wipe-Out with Cliff one night. He cracked up the entire time they played them on the screen...
Here are all the "boys"... (Walker did have his own seat...he had two seats, in fact...but he moved quite alot!)
Here are the girls...and Walker. :) Here he is sitting in one of his seats, and eating ice cream, of course.
We had a great time. Overall, he did really well. We had to "take a break" as he called it during half-time and went downstairs for him to run with Gampa and Mommy. But, overall he really enjoyed the game. He especially loved the zambonies. He kept telling us that the zambonies got tired and went in their shed to take a nap. I love the mind of a 2 year old!
Ok-more to come!! Stay tuned...
