Too Small To Fart In...

When I said to Cliff that I hoped we could get out and about some over Spring Break...I meant get some fresh air and do some fun family things...not necessarily this...

"this" being have a tree fall on our house and van during a massive storm and having our baby admitted to the Nic-U all in the same early morning hours of Tuesday. BUT...as always God is faithful. And Will is CUTE! (see???) This was around 3 a.m. Thursday morning, by the way. I've actually really enjoyed my time spent in a room too small to fart in (you can thank my mother in law from that one...came straight from her mouth...) But in reality the isolation room at Newton Medical Center Nic-U is smaller than our guest bathroom. No, I'm not kidding. But the power of God to heal body and spirit cannot be squealched...even in a room too small to fart in. So, what kind of mom blogs while her baby is in Nic-u? One who finds healing in writing...one who has a story to tell of God's mercy & love...though you'll have to wait until we are home for more of that. But, also one who came home to shower and see her big boy only to hear big boy say over Grammie's phone "I'll just see her tomorrow..." Lol. So, there you have it! Walker's been sleeping at home with Daddy, but we've had all sorts of people here the past few days working to remove the massive tree, etc...it's almost done but there's still lots of work to be done on the house. So, Grammie's had Walker during the day, bringing him over to "help" with the action at home from time to time. They've had a blast. I got to see his dirty piggy little self this morning when they brought me a biscuit. My heart felt warm to hear him say that he'd see me tomorrow. A mother wants her child to feel completely loved for and secure. He's with Grammie and Daddy. And so he does. So, I'll see him tomorrow. :) So, check back in for our story. Because God is an amazing God...and I have to tell you about it. Until then, praise Him with our family. He loves us so!
