Putt-Putt & Train

Today we had a surprise for Walker! We spent the night at Nonni's last night and since she had to be at work early today and we weren't going to get to hang out with her, we decided to take Walker to Stone Mountain. He only begs to go at least once a week. :) We didn't tell him we were going, and we let him figure it out. He was so cute when he finally realized what we were doing!
We only intended to go in and ride the train, then head home since we had some things we needed to do and had a cookout to go to with our Sunday School friends tonight. But, while we waited on the train, the nice lady at the ticket booth offered Walker a free round of putt-putt. He had a blast! He LOVED it. His favorite was when he got to hit the ball into a house...ironically I don't have a picture of that. All the pictures below were taken with my phone, since I didn't have my camera with us. So, they aren't the best quality. We had a great day!

(Don't worry, we didn't let him sit in this seat...he just wanted to sit near the "camboose" for a few minutes. :)
He and Daddy had to watch other kids hit the golf balls into the neat house too while we waited on others to board the train...
At one point while the train was moving, Walker told us "That boy up there isn't minding. He is putting his hands out. But I am not putting my hands out." What a good boy we have! (this time...) It was a great day!

Your phone takes pretty good pictures! Looks and sounded like lots of fun.
