Four Point Stance

So, Walker and Cliff ventured into "man land" today which is quickly becoming Walker's playroom and practiced a little football. He started doing this with his feet on Saturday and Cliff is just having a fit over it. It's really funny to watch! He was getting a little tired when we got around to videoing it because we'd been playing for quite a while...but you'll get the idea. :) Cliff is insisting I post it. I had a hard time deciding between this one and another one where he is constantly laughing but this one did a better job of showing how he's getting into the 4 point stance, which is what Cliff is concerned with. Dads.A few other new things quickly-he likes to say "gaga" which rhymes with "dada" and he's making all sorts of funny noises these days.
He's started sucking his bottom lip inside his top lip and holding it that way, then he makes a loud smack noise as he lets it out. Random. He's doing great with the spoon all of a sudden. Friday night he started opening his mouth when the spoon came toward him, clamping down on it and then releasing...just like a big boy. He loves veggies. Tonight we fed him peas for the first time and when he saw me stir them around and take the spoon out he opened his mouth as wide as it could go and started making his noise...eh, uh, eh, uh...that's the best I can portray it. He made his noise all through his experience with peas. We do hope he outgrows this part!
Anyway, here's football practice. His Daddy says he's a natural. We'll see!

Hey! I was worried when you got off of MySpace. It is so nice to see little Walker! He is a doll. They grow up too fast, don't they!?!?!
