I sent out a mass email but don't have addresses for everyone who reads the blog. Cliff and I are excited to announce that unless Walker arrives before then, he will arrive on his due date this Friday!
My friend Melissa who works in Labor and Delivery at my hospital told me in Sunday School this morning that we are on the calendar to go in Thursday night. Now, Patti hasn't filled me in on this yet but I know she was scheduling it. I'm calling her first thing in the AM to confirm but I trust Melissa and know she knows what she is talking about.
So, Cliff and I will go in by ourselves Thursday night and they will start the induction Friday morning sometime. We couldn't be more thrilled...well, yes we could...if he comes before then!
Cliff is so excited and it's so cute. He keeps tapping my belly and telling Walker to come out. I wish you all could see how and see how adorable he is as a Daddy. I know he will be one proud man when this little one arrives.
This morning the Sunday School lesson he taught was on patience. We are studying the fruits of the spirit. He was so funny in how he jokingly kept referring to our state of minds with this baby...mainly mine. We all laughed really hard at our weakness...
As I was getting ready for church this morning and having a "rough moment" he starts reading some very applicable scripture to me which once again just reminded me how stinkin blessed I am to have him as my husband.
Anyway, unless you hear from us sooner it looks like we will be welcoming Walker into the world on his due date, Sept. 28. What this means is that we will be watching the season premiers of Gray's Anatomy and The Office from the hospital. You do what you gotta do... :)

So I totally didn't even think about you having to watch grey's anatomy from the hospital. That's actually pretty cool.... I wish there had been something good on TV during some of our "waiting time." Now I have something else to pray for .... good reception in your room :) YAY!
Hey CONGRATS!!!! We had an induction and it went soooo smoothly. Especially since you are 'progressing' on your own it will be super easy :) YEA!!!
Yay! The waiting is almost over for you. I know that you can't wait to meet him. When you said that about watching Grey's Anatomy, it reminded me of our first night as a family in the hospital. Once all the family left we got the baby and snuggled into the hospital bed and watched reruns of Friends and ate chinese food. Those are the best times. That is actually one of my favorite memories from the hospital. You have so many wonderful things to look forward to in the next couple of weeks. Remember to take time and relax and just enjoy it all. I'm so excited for y'all!
