Finally, a video that loads!!

Though not one of the "oh so cute" ones that I've been trying to get on here the past few weeks, I'll settle for this one. I just think this is funny. He likes to crash his tractor into things...and he also likes to yell while he rides it. He does this over and over. I just turn the tractor around after he crashes and he goes the other way. Goofy kid. (not the best driver, but hey...everyone has to have a weakness somewhere, huh??)

Just one more quick thing. Judy brought over sorters today. (she used to teach school for years...) He was able to sort red, green and yellow items into the appropriate colored buckets by the time they were done with the game. So cool. Who knows if he will carry that over into tomorrow, but this is just one of the many reasons we are so blessed in our childcare situation. We love her!

Walker ate potatoes and corn for dinner!! Why is this a big deal, you ask? Because lately, the kid begs for chicken nuggets or pizza...even for breakfast and often refuses to eat unless he has one of those things. I haven't figured out yet whether it's better to let him starve and teach a point, or just give in and give him the foods he wants. All advice is welcome. :)

After dinner, he walked around the house eating an apple. He likes you to take one bite out of it to get him started and then he wants it. Don't dare peel the whole thing or cut it. It's no good that way. He has to be able to hold the apple himself and walk around biting off of the bite that the grown up made. Goofy kid. (I say that alot, don't I?)

Throughout meals now, Walker stops and folds his hands and says "men!" which means AMEN. He's also gotten very good at waiting to pick up his food until we say the blessing. He folds his hands and waits for us to get settled. Such a little man of God, already. Prayer works! "Train a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it..." (Proverbs 22:6)
