This past Saturday, Cliff and I spent the day getting ready for Walker. He's so cute with all things pertaining to baby. It's been so neat for me to see how excited he is about Walker's arrival. The other night his mom told me that she or Mr. Billy had never seen him this excited about anything in his life. He's been planning out the nursery since the moment we knew we were having a boy. He's got a great idea to make the bottom part of the wall a football field with chair railing to seperate the top and it will be blue. We picked out paint on Saturday and went ahead and got it. After church tonight we came home and moved the black furniture out of the black bedroom and moved the white furniture into the black bedroom. What used to be known as the "white room" will now be Walker's room. I of course, mostly watched this process but I was able to help with some of the smaller things, like pillows. Then he wanted to test the blue paint out on the top of the wall, so he did that. So far, it looks really good. He has a friend coming over tomorrow and they plan to paint the nursery while I'm at Bible study. I will be excited to come home and see it!
I thought I had been feeling Walker moving a little bit recently but I haven't felt those feelings as much lately so I am still not 100% sure whether I've felt him or not. I'm ready to start feeling the kicks. I hear that's everyone's favorite part!
We have an ultrasound on Tuesday morning. It was supposed to be our gender ultrasound but since we already know what he is, we'll just get to look for fun agan while they check out the important stuff.
As far as an update on me goes, I've been really nauseated again from about week 16.5 on. It's not everyday but definitely has returned. I'm hoping it won't last long because I very much enjoyed the few weeks that I had with no sickness! I'll update again after our ultrasound Tuesday!
