Just for fun...

Here are some pictures of the past few weeks...just for fun!

Alot has been going on. My mom came to stay a night with me while Cliff was on the mission trip. Boy was she a handful of help! She totally rocks when it comes to cleaning and organizing! She helped me get Walker's room completely organized and helped me with some ideas of how to "divide" up the closet.

We just got home from Amicalola Falls with the other side of my family. We had a great time...it seems this week I've gotten really uncomfortable. I think the baby is in a really awkward position b/c I'm feeling lots of interesting pressure that I hadn't felt before. My back is KILLING me at night and I'm having a hard time sleeping. I hardly slept at Amicalola. We had a girls room and guys room due to two unmarried couples being with us. One night I had to go to the bathroom sooo bad for the millionth time (as always) but this time there was a hoppy spider in the bathroom. I was scared to death. I got up and went in there a few times trying to decide what to do. I knew what I wasn't going to do...sit down and pee only to have him hop on me. That would send me straight into preterm labor. Finally in the wee hours of the morning when I could no longer stand the pain of holding it in, I took a flip flop in and tried to kill him. Well, he hopped...and he hopped. So, I ran. Kathy had been awaken by the commotion and asked what was wrong so I told her there was a hoppy spider in the bathroom that wouldn't let me pee. :) Wonderful as she is, she got up, went in the bathroom and killed the hoppy spider. All was well after that and I had no more midnight run ins with any insects, thankfully.

We've seen my belly "jump" a few times this week which has been the newest neatest thing ever. Walker is kicking up a storm. He wakes up every night around 11:00. This is the only awake pattern I've noticed. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the other wake times. All I know is that he is working overtime to let me know just how silly it was to go to the hospital last week (see previous post).

Tomorrow morning we have a doctor's appointment. I have to get my rhogam injection and also have my glucose screening. This will be a long appointment. I'm so glad Cliff's been able to go to most of them with me, but especially this one. Otherwise I'd rack up a rather large bill texting Jenny for the hour I'm in the waiting room after drinking the nasty flat sunkist stuff, which is what I typically do when he can't come with me.
